Scott Brothers will be exhibiting its innovative Pack-Mate AnyLockTM food freshness storage bags and Pack-Mate CarryLockTM liquid storage system at the BBC Good Food Show 2006, at the NEC, Birmingham, 22-26 November 2006, Booth HH5.
Pack-Mate AnyLockTM is the new way to protect and store fresh foods. Its unique patented sealing rods provide a totally airtight, watertight and odour-tight seal, ensuring that the bag's contents are preserved for longer while also containing the smell of troublesome foods, such as fish and onions. The rods can also be used to seal other proprietary bags such as breakfast cereals, rice and sliced bread, once opened. AnyLock bags are made from a super-tough nylon poly material, thus being totally waterproof and 100% reusable. They are available in four sizes to satisfy every food storage need and retail from just £4.99 for a pack of four rods and eight bags.
Pack-Mate CarryLockTM is a variant on the AnyLock concept. It is a super-tough, reusable bag designed specifically to carry and store all kinds of liquids including water, wine, beer and milk. The bag comes complete with a handle and pouring spout and is sealed using patented rods, thereby providing a completely liquid-tight carrying, storing and dispensing combination. All CarryLock bags are totally temperature tolerant, meaning they are suitable for storing and carrying ice and boiling water. Available in two different sizes, 4 and 6.5 litres, the bags are tested to an external pressure of 300kgs, with the carry handle tested to 20kgs. Both sized bags have a gusseted bottom, maximising the storage area and making it easier to fill and carry. CarryLock bags retails from just £4.49.
